pkr38 Terms and Conditions
Please read these rules carefully before using the pkr38 platform. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between you and pkr38.
1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between the pkr38 platform and its users. pkr38 is an online betting and casino entertainment platform that provides services for users in Bangladesh.
These Terms apply to:
- All services on the pkr38 website and mobile platform
- Cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting services
- Slots, live casino, and other gaming services

2 Eligibility Requirements
To open or use an account on the pkr38 platform, the following conditions must be met:
2.1 Age Limit
You must be at least 21 years of age or older. pkr38 provides services only to those aged 21 and above. pkr38 reserves the right to verify your age and may request proof of age if necessary.
2.2 Single Account
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts exist under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any balance held in them may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms.
3 Account Registration and Security
After successful registration, you are solely responsible for all activity on your pkr38 account.
3.1 Password Protection
Keep your login credentials — especially your password — completely confidential. You must not allow any other person to use your account. If you suspect your password has been stolen or your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify our support team immediately.
3.2 KYC Verification
pkr38 may request a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other valid identification document when needed. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
3.3 Account Transfer
Selling, transferring, or operating an account in another person's name is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
Funds can be deposited at pkr38 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. The withdrawal method must be consistent with the deposit method used.
4.3 Fund Verification
pkr38 ensures that users are depositing funds from legitimate sources. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions, and withdrawals may be placed on hold.
4.4 Applicable Currency
All transactions at pkr38 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement on the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered ten times before the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if a ৳5,000 deposit earns a ৳5,000 bonus, a total of ৳100,000 must be wagered.
5.3 VIP Cashback
Weekly cashback is available across four VIP tiers at pkr38:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 1.1% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 1.5% cashback per week
5.4 Bonus Abuse
Abusing the bonus system, arbitrage betting, or claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
5.5 Bonus Expiry
Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Validity
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Please verify all details carefully before confirming a bet.
6.2 Odds Changes
Odds in live betting may change at any time. The odds applicable at the time the bet is submitted will be considered final.
6.3 Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Where applicable, the rules of the relevant international sports governing body will be followed.
6.4 Maximum Bet Limits
pkr38 reserves the right to set maximum bet limits for various events and markets. Bets with unusual or suspicious betting patterns may be cancelled.
6.5 Technical Issues
pkr38 reserves the right to correct any odds or payouts that were incorrectly provided due to a server error or technical issue.
7 Fair Play Policy
pkr38 is committed to ensuring a fair and impartial gaming environment.
7.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Betting or gaming using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence
- Collusion (unlawful coordination between multiple players)
- Match fixing or activities related to interfering with sports events
- Concealing location using a VPN or proxy
- Money laundering or use of illegal funds
7.2 SSL Protection
pkr38 uses SSL encryption to protect all transactions and personal data. Our platform ensures a secure and reliable environment.
7.3 Audit and Monitoring
All gaming results are verifiable and the system is audited regularly. Any errors detected will be corrected immediately.
8 Responsible Gaming
pkr38 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. Enjoy gaming for entertainment, but stay aware of your own limits.
8.1 Setting Deposit Limits
You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Contact the support team to change these limits.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming is getting out of your control, you may voluntarily request that your account be suspended for a specified period. No bonus offers will be sent during the self-exclusion period.
8.3 Protection of Minors

10 Account Closure & Suspension
10.1 Closure by User
You can request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing.
10.2 Closure by pkr38
pkr38 may immediately close or suspend any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent activity or irregular betting patterns
- Providing a false identity or fake information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or system exploitation
10.3 Balance Refund
If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, pkr38 reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and any winnings earned from bonuses. The return of a fair portion of actual deposits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
11 Limitation of Liability
11.1 Service Availability
pkr38 strives to provide uninterrupted service, however temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues. pkr38's liability in such cases is limited.
11.2 Betting Decisions
All betting decisions are entirely the user's own. pkr38 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred from betting. The risk of losing money in gaming and betting is always present.
11.3 Third-Party Services
pkr38 is not directly responsible for the operations of third-party payment providers or game software suppliers, however we are committed to maintaining the quality of their services.
12 Changes to Terms and Legal Provisions
12.1 Right to Make Changes
pkr38 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Advance notice will be given to users for significant changes.
12.2 Effect of Changes
Continued use of the platform after updated Terms and Conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, stop using pkr38.
12.3 Dispute Resolution

12.4 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between pkr38 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
